Zusammenfassung
1. Die tubuläre Rückresorption von Kreatin wurde an narkotisierten (Pernocton) Hunden bei stufenweise erhöhter Kreatinplasmakonzentration untersucht. Die Kreatinkonzentrationen in Urin und Plasma wurden mit einem enzymatischen Verfahren bestimmt.
2. Bei Steigerung des Kreatin-Plasmaspiegels bis auf das 50fache des Normalwertes konnte ein tubuläres Transportmaximum für Kreatin bei etwa 30 µMol/min je 100 ml Glomerulusfiltrat nachgewiesen werden. Dieses wird bei einem auf das 15fache erhöhtem Plasmaspiegel erreicht.
3. Eine kompetitive Beeinflussung der Kreatinrückresorption durch die Aminosäuren Glycin undl-Glutaminsäure wurde nicht nachgewiesen.
4. Durch Stop-flow-Analysen wurde die Kreatinrückresorption in den proximalen Tubulus lokalisiert.
