54. Intraoperative maschinelle Autotransfusion bei Massivblutungen

Summary

Intraoperative autotransfusion was performed in 79 cases mainly for massive traumatic bleeding with the Bentley-ATS, saving an average of 6.31 blood per patient. In 12 patients an average of 0.51 packed red cells was saved with the Haemonetics Cell Saver mainly for moderate hemorrhage during vascular surgery. Coagulopathy may occur in both systems, air embolism only with the Bentley ATS. Immediate availability of warm blood is provided by both systems, the possibility of rapid and continuous massive volume replacement only by the Bentley-ATS.

Zusammenfassung

Bei 79 Patienten vor allem mit massiven traumatischen Blutungen wurden mit dem Bentley-ATS im Mittel 6,31 Blut eingespart. Mit dem Haemonetics Cell Saver waren es bei 12 Patienten mit mittleren gefäßchirurgischen Blutungen durchschnittlich 0,51 Erythrocytenkonzentrat. Gerinnungsstörungen können bei beiden Geräten auftreten. Die Luftemboliegefahr entfällt beim Haemonetics. Die sofortige Verfügbarkeit von Blut ist bei beiden Systemen gegeben. Eine rasche und kontinuierliche massive Volumenzufuhr ist nur mit dem Bentley ATS möglich.
