Summary
A case of myeloma with isolated extra-and intradural localisation is reported, in which a paraprotein could be detected only in the cerebrospinal fluid but not in the serum.
The abnormal protein, immunologically a γG-globulin, showed an unusually high sedimentation-rate hitherto not described for a γG-type protein.
