Über den Einbau von Plasmaglucose-Kohlenstoff in Plasmatriglyceride bei Normalpersonen und Hyperlipämikern

Zusammenfassung

Bei vier Patienten mit kohlenhydratinduzierter Hyperlipämie wurde wesentlich mehr Plasmaglucose-Kohlenstoff pro Zeiteinheit in die Plasmatriglyceride (Triglycerid-Glycerol) eingebaut als bei Normalpersonen. In den übrigen Plasmalipidfraktionen konnte während der Versuchsdauer von 3 Stunden kein Einbau von Plasmaglucose-Kohlenstoff nachgewiesen werden.

Summary

In 4 patients with carbohydrate-induced hypertriglyceridemia the incorporation rate of plasma glucose carbon into plasma triglycerides (glyceride-glycerol) was much higher than in normals. In free fatty acids, triglyceride-fatty acids, cholesterol or phospholipids no incorporation was demonstrable during the time of observation (3 hours).
