Zusammenfassung

Die Herstellung eines Pferde-anti-Hundelymphocytenserums wird geschildert. Die Wirkung der intravenösen Verabreichung des Antiserums auf das periphere Blutbild des Hundes besteht in einer rasch einsetzenden Lympho- und Granulopenie. Es konnte eine deutliche Verlängerung der Überlebenszeit bilateral nephrektomierter Hunde mit homologer Nierentransplantation durch die Gabe des Antiserums erreicht werden.

Summary

The production of a horse-anti-dog-lymphocyteserum is described. Intraveniously given, the antiserum is followed by a prompt lympho- and granulopenie. Bilateral nepthrectomized dogs with renal homotransplant show a significant longer survival by treatment with the antiserum.
