Zusammenfassung

Fall schwerster postoperativer Tetanie mit Monate hindurch gehäuften Anfällen, Tonusalterationen, hochgradiger Katarakt usw., welcher auf Organotherapie nur ganz vorübergehend reagiert hatte, nun unter Behandlung mit NH4H2PO4 (täglich 12 g per os) dauernd vollkommen anfallsfrei. Verschwinden von Chvostek und Trousseau, Abnahme der elektrischen Erregbarkeit. Wohlbefinden.
