Zusammenfassung

Thyroxin-Henning wirkt beim Menschen einwandfrei als spezifisches Schilddrüsenpräparat. Es wurde maximal eine Oxydationssteigerung um 48 % erzielt, und bei 2 Patienten die klinischen Zeichen eines hyperthyreotischen Zustandes erzeugt. Nebenwirkungen wurden nicht beobachtet.
