Abstract
Calculations of α-decay hindrance factors are performed for the232U-nucleus. Within the framework of the pairing vibrations model a strong disagreement in both hindrance factors andβ-vibrational state energies with experimental data and values obtained in other models is obtained. It is shown that only the model with pairing, quadrupole and spin-quadrupole effective forces can describe both the energies and the alpha hindrance factors forβ-states in the232U-nucleus.
