Verminderung des postischämischen Extremitätenödems an der Ratte durch einen Proteinasehemmer

Zusammenfassung

Im einseitigen Tourniquet-Versuch an der hinteren Rattenextremität wurde gezeigt, daß die prophylaktische Trasylol-Gabe in Dosisabhängigkeit zwischen 10 000 und 50 000 KIE Trasylol pro kg Körpergewicht das Ausmaß einer postischämischen Ödementwicklung mindern kann.

Summary

Development of post ischemic edema in the hind leg of rats was less than in untreated controlls, when Trasylol was injected just prior to the opening of the tourniquet. The effect shows certain dose response characteristics within the range of 10,000–50,000 KIE/kg body weight.
