Zusammenfassung
Summary
1. Phospholipids extracted from plasma of eight individuals without hepatic diseases and of six patients with acute hepatitis were separated by thinlayer chromatography and quantitatively determined.
2. The total amount of plasma phospholipids in patients with acute hepatitis was significantly increased.
3. The individual fractions of phospholipids in patients with hepatitis showed a different pattern: Lecithin was stronglyi ncreased, a relative decrease of sphingomyelin and an absolute decrease of phosphatidylaethanolamin was observed.
