Neuere Ergebnisse zur Gleichfeld-Elektrolumineszenz von CdS-Einkristallen

Abstract

In connection with a description of d-c electroluminescence of CdS single crystals the authors give the results of measuring the brightness on the current and the spectral distribution and comparative measurements of the emission spectra of green photo- and electroluminescence. The mechanism of exciting electroluminescence is discussed as well as the creation of additional emission bands in green electroluminescence emission.
