The distribution of bismuth in cast and recrystallized copper

Abstract

By investigating the distribution of bismuth in copper alloys using the radioisotope 21083 RaE it has been found that in recrystallized copper no precipitation of the bismuth occurs on the grain boundaries during the recrystallization of the copper.
