A note on the ageing of high precision piezoelectric crystal units

  • Published:
Czechoslovak Journal of Physics B Aims and scope

Abstract

Attention is paid to the character of the resonance frequency time dependence of high precision piezoelectric crystal units of the GT type for a frequency of 100 kHz and of the AT type for a frequency of 2·5 MHz. It is shown that the long-term effect of temperature changes plays an important role in ageing in the initial period.
