Abstract
The authors studied the properties of piezoelectric quartz resonators of DT cut in the form of rectangular plates with a width-to-length ratio of 0.4. They determined how the resonance frequency, its temperature dependence, the parameters of the electric equivalent circuit and the oscillation spectrum depend on the geometric dimensions and orientation of the crystal unit.
