Abstract
The method developed in the preceding paper is used to determine the mean transverse spin components of a magnetic two-level system. Likewise as previously, the excitation by the monochromatic elliptically polarized h.f. field and the damping by the interaction with certain boson field is considered. No assumption is made concerning the strength of the h.f. field and therefore, this solution is valid in the saturation region too. The comparison with the solution of the macroscopic equations of motion is made.
