Abstract
A thin planar Ge(Li) detector was used as a coincidenceless polarimeter for measuring the linear polarization of cascade gamma quanta. The results of the measurement with60Co are presented and compared with the theoretical curves of the polarization sensitivity obtained by analytical calculations and by the Monte Carlo method.
