Abstract

Assuming a certain conservativeness of motion of particles along induction lines, a solution is derived for the corresponding Vlasov equation. The electric field in quasineutral plasma is determined from relations for the concentration. The conservativeness of motion of a particle in a non-resonant h.f. field is shown by calculating the effective potential.
