Abstract
The diffraction pattern for the (111)-reflection of germanium was measured by means of the three-crystal arrangement and compared with dynamical theory. The results obtained indicate the possibility of using germanium crystals for precise measurements in X-ray spectroscopy.
Abstract
С помощью установки с тремя кристаллами бы ла получена кривая отражения для кристаллов германия (111) и было проведено сра внение с результатами динами ческой теории. Достигнутые р езультаты указывают на возможность использ ования кристаллов германия для точных и змерений в спектроск опии рентгеновских лучей.
