Abstract

On a model of a ferromagnetic built up of hydrogen type atoms with the two possible spin orientations of the electron a derivation of the law of Curie-Weiss (2) is shown which can also be used for more general cases. At the same time a new derivation of the Weiss law (7) is given for this model.
