Summary
We report an unusual case of bilateral anterior shoulder dislocation and right greater tuberosity fracture, following electric shock. Previously reported cases were bilateral fracture dislocations. The patient was treated by closed reduction of both dislocations followed by immobilization for 3 weeks and subsequent rehabilitation, with an excellent result.
