The dependence of the spectral composition of the luminescence of zinc-cadmium sulphides on the excitation intensity

Abstract

A shift of the emission bands to longer wavelengths for an increase in the excitation intensity was observed. This phenomenon can be explained by the migration of holes on the assumption of statistical dispersion between the energy levels of the luminescent centres.
