  • Published:
Cechoslovackij fiziceskij zurnal Aims and scope

Abstract

A description is given of the processes taking place in dielectric titanates if they are permanently loaded with a direct electric voltage. The authors refute existing conceptions and state that with degraded samples exo-emission of electrons appears; they explain the degradation as the production of colour centres.
