Zusammenfassung

Die Lokalisation von Peptidase und Katalase in einigen Zellarten wurde durch direkte enzymatische Analyse einzelner Zellteile studiert. In allen untersuchten Fällen wurde gefunden, daß die genannten Enzyme der hyalinen Grundsubstanz des Cytoplasmas folgen und nicht in nachweisbaren Mengen an granuläre Zellbestandteile oder an den Zellkern gebunden sind.
