Three-dimensional analysis of hemopoietic cellular interactions in vitro using gelfoam sponge matrices

  • Published:
Journal of tissue culture methods

Summary

Methods are described for preparation of medium and explants of long bone (or marrow) and the procedures (including fixation for electron microscopy) by which the resulting cultures can be exploited for analysis of hematopoietic cell interactions.
