Kenneth B. Clark, Ph. D., is President of the Metropolitan Applied Research Center, Inc., and Professor of Psychology of the City College of the City University of New York. He has been a member of the New York State Board of Regents since 1966, and is a trustee of Howard University. He serves on the Academy's Advisory Committee.
