Abstract
In a patient with intrahepatic bile duct obstruction in the right lobe due to a retained stone, we succeeded in removing the calculus with a nephroscope through a percutaneous transhepatic puncture after a failed surgical attempt to extract the stone.

Chez un patient présentant une obstruction biliaire intrahépatique du lobe droit due à une lithiase intrahépatique résiduelle, et après échec de la chirurgie, nous avons réussi à enléver l'obstacle grâce à un néphroscope introduit par ponction transhépatique percutanée.
Resumen
Hemos logrado la remoción exitosa de un cálculo en un paciente con obstructión biliar intrahepática por litiasis residual después de coledocoduodenostomía y hepaticoyeyunostomía de Roux-en-Y por coledocolitiasis y colangitis, mediante el uso de un nefroscopio introducido por punción percutánea transhepática.
