La jonction œso-gastrique

Résumé

La jonction œso-gastrique est envisagée dans son ensemble. Après une description anatomique classique mettant l'accent sur la muqueuse, les moyens de fixité sont étudiés. La topographie de la jonction est rappelée. La vascularisation, notamment l'angioarchitecture très spéciale de cette zone, et l'innervation sont traitées. Enfin la physiologie dominée par le problème de la continence est abordée, en soulignant ses interrelations avec l'anatomie morphologique et topographique.
