Résumé

Etude de la vascularisation artérielle du testicule et du cordon spermatique par artériographies et diaphanisation. Plusieurs faits importants pour le traitement chirurgical de l'ectopie testiculaire sont précisés. Les différents systèmes anastomotiques pouvant éventuellement permettre une suppléance de l'artère testiculaire sont décrits. Ces anastomoses sont variables et toujours précaires.
