Eine einfache Methode zur Darstellung von Vogelchromosomen aus der Federpulpa ohne vorherige Colchizin-Behandlung des Tieres wird beschrieben.
Summary
A simple technique for demonstrating avian chromosomes from feather pulp is described. A previous injection of colchicine in the animal is not necessary.
