Zusammenfassung
Nach intravenöser H3-Thymidin-Puls-Markierung wurde die intravasale Kinetik der neutrophilen und eosinophilen Granulozyten vergleichend untersucht. Die eosinophilen Granulozyten zeigten gegenüber den neutrophilen eine um 6 bis 12 h verlängerte Ausschwemmungszeit, einen niedrigeren initialen Einstrom und damit einen um 1 bis 1,6 Tage verlängerten intravaskulären Umsatz. Die maximale Markierung lag bei beiden Zellsystemen zwischen 74 und 87% und wurde von den Neutrophilen nach 66 bis 72, bei den Eosinophilen zwischen 84 und 90 h erreicht. Die intravasale Halbwertszeit der Eosinophilen war gegenüber den Neutrophilen (11,4 bis 12,0 h) mit 12,0 bis 14,4 h geringgradig verlängert.
Summary
A comparative study on the intravascular kinetics of neutrophil and eosinophil leukocytes in rabbits was made following H3-thymidine puls labelling.
Eosinophils revealed compared with neutrophils a 6 to 12 h longer emergence time and a lower initial influx. The intravascular turn over rate of eosinophils was found to be 1 to 1,3 days than that of neutrophils.
The maximal labelling index for both cells ranged between 75 to 87% being reached by neutrophils 66 h and by eosinophils 84 to 90 h after labelling.
The intravascular halftime of eosinophils ranging between 12,0 to 14,4 h was found to be longer than that of neutrophils (11,4 to 12,0 h).
