Summary

From the studies of the circular dichroism and absorption spectra of Acridine Orange-amylose sulfate complex, we deduced that dyes are bound to amylose sulfate and bound Acridine Orange is regularly oriented on sulfate sites.

Zusammenfassung

Aus Untersuchungen des Circulardichroisms und der Absorptionspektren des Acridine-Orange-Amylosesulfat Komplexes folgern wir, daß die Farbstoffe an Amylosesulfat gebunden sind und daß gebundenes Acridine-Orange an die sulfatierten Plätze dirigiert wird.
