Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die im Süden der BRD erstmalige Isolierung von Yersinia enterocolitica aus menschlichem Stuhl berichtet. Der Patient war mit den Symptomen einer leichten Enteritis erkrankt. Ein älterer Bruder hatte ebenfalls einige Tage Durchfälle. Biochemische Eigenschaften, Antibiogramm und Differentialdiagnose des isolierten Stammes werden in Tabellen dargestellt.

Summary

An account is given of the first ever isolation in the south of the FRG. The patient suffered from the symptoms of a mild enteritis. An older brother also had diarrhoea for several days. The biochemical properties, antibiogram and differential diagnosies of the isolated strain are demonstrated in the tables.
