Summary
The precipitation and micellization of silver, copper and lanthanum dodecyl sulphates was followed through determination of precipitation-solubility concentration limit. The experiments were performed at 21 °C.
Solubilities and solubility products were observed for these dodecyl sulphates. The micellization of La(DS)3 in excess of both constituent ions was found. The equilibrium constant of micellization was evaluated. No micellization effects were observed for AgDS and Cu(DS)2.
The results were interpreted by the method based on mass action concept.
Discrepancy of results on Cu(DS)2 presented in literature was discussed.
Zusammenfassung
Es wurden die Fällung und Mizellbildung von Silber-, Kupfer- und Lanthandodecylsulfat bei 21 °C untersucht. Die Ergebnisse wurden auf der Basis des Massenwirkungsgesetzes gedeutet. Mit der Lanthanverbindung wurde Mizellbildung beobachtet, nicht dagegen mit dem Silber und Kupfer.
