Der Papain-Kolloidtest als Ergänzung des Antiglobulintestes

Zusammenfassung

Zum Nachweis einer Antikörperbeladung von Erythrozyten verwendeten wir den direkten und indirekten Papain-Kolloidtest und Papain-Sedimenttest. Als Reaktionsmedien dienten die Löw'sche Papainlösung und folgende kolloidale Lösungen: Gelatine, AB-Serum, 20%iges Rinderalbumin, Periston und Periston N. Im Papain-Sedimenttest wurde das dichte Erythrozytensediment nur mit der Papainlösung angesetzt.
