Osmotische Leukozytenresistenz bei Morbus haemolyticus neonatorum

Zusammenfassung

Nach zunächst orientierenden Voruntersuchungen über die osmotische Leukozytenresistenz in den verschiedenen kindlichen Altersgruppen, wird diese bei 15 erythroblastosekranken Neugeborenen im Vergleich zu einer Gruppe gesunder Kinder bestimmt. Dabei zeigt sich die Resistenz bei den durch die Erythroblastose Geschädigten deutlich herabgesetzt, wobei die Minderung in Beziehung zur Schwere des Krankheitsbildes steht. Nach Erörterung verschiedener Erklärungsmöglichkeiten wird angenommen, d.ß die herabgesetzte Resistenz ein Ausdruck der erhöhten Abbaurate der Granulozyten bei diesen Kindern sei.
