Akute medikamentös-allergische Thrombozytopenie durch Antazolin

Zusammenfassung

Durch positive in-vitro-Testung wurde Antazolin, Bestandteil eines Kombinationspräparates, als auslösendes Agens für eine akute medikamentöse Thrombozytopenie ermittelt. Auf Grund des klinischen Verlaufes ist die Sensibilisierung wahrscheinlich durch vorangehende, über längere Zeit ununterbrochene Gabe des gleichen Medikamentes erfolgt. Die Antikörper waren offensichtlich nur gegen Thrombozyten gerichtet.

Summary

It could be demonstrated by positive in vitro testing that Antazolin was the substance of a drug combination, which had induced an acute allergic thrombocytopenia. In respect to the clinical data it seems that the sensibilisation of the patient had been induced by a preceding period of administration of the same drugs. The antibodies were directed only against platelets.
