Summary

The effect of cyclophosphamide,32P and total body irradiation on rabbit bone marrow cells has been studied. They all proved to be mutagenic. Striking quantitative differences of chromosomal aberrations were found in the three groups.

Wir studierten den Effekt von Zyklosphosphamid,32P und Totalkörperbestrahlung auf Knochenmarkzellen von Kaninchen. Alle waren mutagen. Ausgesprochene quantitative Unterschiede verschiedener Chromosomenaberrationen wurden in den drei Gruppen gefunden.
