Quantitative Veränderungen der Hämopoese bei chronischer Hepatitis, Fettzirrhose und atrophischer Leberzirrhose

Zusammenfassung

Quantitative Untersuchungen am Zellgehalt von Blut und Knochenmark zeigen, daß bei chronischer Hepatitis, atrophischer Zirrhose und Fettzirrhose im wesentlichen einheitliche, nur in der Intensität unterschiedliche Veränderungen der Hämopoese auftreten. Sie äußern sich im peripheren Blut vorwiegend als Thrombopenie, geringer auch als normochrome Anämie und Leukopenie. Im Knochenmark ist eine Verminderung der Gesamtzellzahl durch eine intensive Rückbildung der Granulopoese, sowie des Gehaltes an Lymphozyten und Monozyten bedingt, während die Erythropoese sowie das plasmazelluläre System eine deutliche Steigerung erfahren. Eine relative Unreife ist nur für die Granulopoese und Thrombopoese nachweisbar. Der Zunahme der Gammaglobuline im Serum entspricht eine Vermehrung der Plasmazellen und lymphoiden Retikulumzellen im Mark.

Summary

Quantitative investigations on the cell content of the blood and bone marrow have shown that the changes in chronic hepatitis, atrophic cirrhosis and fatty cirrhosis are essentially similar, only differing in the itensity of haemopoiesis. This manifests itself in the peripheral blood mainly by thrombopenia with less intense normochromic anaemia and leucopenia. The marrow shows decreased cellularity due to great reduction of granulopoiesis together with reduction of lymphocytes and monocytes, while erythropoiesis and the plasma-cell system are definitely increased. Only granulopoiesis and thrombopoiesis show relative immaturity. The increase of gamma globulin found in the serum corresponds with an increase of plasma cells and lymphoid reticulum cells in the marrow.
