Antikörper gegen Intrinsic Factor bei oraler Behandlung der perniziösen Anämie mit hochgereinigtem Schweine-Intrinsic-Factor-Vitamin B12-Komplex

Zusammenfassung

17 Sera von Patienten mit perniziöser Anämie, 2 Sera von total gastrektomierten Patienten und 17 Normalsera wurden auf Antikörper gegen Intrinsic Factor untersucht und bei den perniziösen Anämien eine Häufigkeit von 47% gefunden. 6 Patienten wurden durch längere Zeit mit einem hochgereinigten Schweine-Intrinsic-Factor-B12-Komplex oral behandelt; bei 3 Patienten konnte das Auftreten von Antikörpern während der Therapie beobachtet werden. Trotz dieser Antikörper befinden sich die Patienten in klinischer und hämatologischer Remission.

Summary

Antibodies against intrinsic factor in the serum of patients with pernicious anaemia were found in 47% of the patients. Controls were taken from the serum of normal persons and from persons with total gastroectomy.
