Zusammenfassung
Bei 20 Patienten, welche ischämische oder hämorrhagische Hirninsulte erlitten, wurden die fibrinolytische und die Antithrombinaktivität im venösen Blut der gelähmten und gesunden oberen Extremität untersucht. Beim Vergleich der gesunden mit der gelähmten Extremität fanden die Autoren keine bedeutsamen Unterschiede im Plasminogen-, Plasmin-, Antiplasmin- und Fibrinogenspiegel, in der Aktivität der Fibrinolyse in einer Euglobulinfraktion sowie im Antithrombin-II-und-III-Spiegel.
Summary
The fibrinolytic activity and the level of antithrombins in venous blood was measured in twenty patients with ischemic or haemorrhagic brain insults. By comparing healthy and paralyse extremities the authors did not find any significant differences in the level of plasminogen, plasmine, antiplasmine, fibrinogen, and in the activity of fibrinolysis in euglobulin fraction, antithrombin II and III.
