Summary

The effect of the tranquilizers Haloperidol, Psyquil and Megaphen, and the effect of Magnesiumchloride and Prednisolonsuccinat were tested on the osmotic hemolysis, the immune hemolysis, and the agglutination inhibition. In low concentration the sedatives had a statistically significant inhibiting effect on the osmotic hemolysis. On the in vitro immune hemolysis and as agglutination inhibitors there was no effectiveness of the tranquilizers determined. On the other hand a highly significant stabilization against the immune hemolysis was found for Prednisolonsuccinat. The immune hemolysis can be inhibited with Tocopherolacetate by use of Lysolecithin.
