Zusammenfassung
Mit der fraktionierten Säulenchromatographie an Anionenaustauschern (DEAE-Zellulose und DEAE-Sephadex) war es uns möglich, in einzelnen Fraktionen Aktivitäten der Serum-Faktoren VII, IX und X voneinander getrennt und isoliert zu gewinnen. Bei gleicher Technik konnten wir die Aktivitäten der Plasma-Faktoren VII, IX und X nicht von der des Prothrombins trennen.
Eine übereinstimmung unserer Untersuchungsergebnisse mit der Auffassung vonSeegers, daß die Faktoren VII, IX und X aus dem Prothrombin entstehen, wird diskutiert.
Summary
Fractionated column chromatography of anion exchangers (DEAE-cellulosis and DEAE-Sephadex) enabled us to obtain isolated and separated activities of the serum factors VII, IX and X in individual fractions. With the same technique the activities of the plasma factors VII, IX and X could not be separated from that of prothrombin.
The agreement of our examination results with the concept ofSeeger, that factors VII, IX and X originate from prothrombin, is discussed.
