Verlust der spezifischen Thrombozytenantigene bei bösartigen Geschwülsten

Zusammenfassung

Die Thrombozyten von 45 Kranken mit verschiedenartigen malignen Tumoren wurden mit 8 menschlichen monospezifischen Antithrombozyten-Agglutinationsseren untersucht. Ein statistisch signifikantes, niedrigeres Vorkommen des entsprechenden Komplexes von spezifischen Plättchenantigenen bei Kranken wurde bei der Untersuchung mit 3 Seren nachgewiesen. Bei 6 Kranken wurde ein völliger oder fast kompletter Verlust der spezifischen Thrombozytenantigenität festgestellt.

Summary

Thrombocytes of 45 patients with various malignant tumours were tested with 8 human monospecific antithrombocyteagglutination-sera. A statistically significant, decreased incidence of the respective complexes of specific platelet-antigens in pateints was found during testing with 3 sera. In 6 patients the author showed a complete or almost complete loss of specific thrombocyteantigenicity.
