Summary
It is reported by 10 cases about the pathogenesis and the problems of diagnostica of the formations of tumors with leukosis. While in most of the cases a coherence between therapy and myelosarcoma cannot be shown, the splenectomy with polycythaemia rubra vera seems to play a particular role. With the help of a combined method of enzymatic histochemical and plastic embedded semi-thin section it is possible to identify the tumor cells, which are often called reticular or lymphocytic, with leukotic cells.
