Zusammenfassung
Durch Zusätze von Cremophor EL zu Vollblutkonserven und Erythrozytensedimenten kann die bei der Lagerung auftretende Hämolyse erheblich vermindert werden. Eine analoge Wirkung von Vitamin E, wie sie in der Literatur beschrieben wird, konnte in unseren Versuchen nicht bestätigt werden.
Summary
Additions of Cremophor EL to preserved whole blood and erythrocyte sediments permit a considerable reduction of hemolysis occurring during storage. An analogous action of Vitamine E, as described in literature, could not be confirmed in the author's experiments.
