Pimaricin in der Therapie mykotischer Komplikationen bei Hämoblastosen

Zusammenfassung

Pimaricin ist ein antimykotisches Mittel von hoher Verläßlichkeit und mit sehr guter Wirksamkeit. Die Vielfalt der Applikationsformen ermöglicht die gleichzeitige Verabreichung des Pharmakons für die verschiedenen Lokalisationen. Die neue Applikationsform (Pimafucin Lutschpastillen) ist besonders zweckmäßig zur Therapie der Candidose der Mundhöhle.

In der Arbeit werden eigene Therapieerfahrungen mykotischer Komplikationen bei 26 Kranken mit Hämoblastosen erwähnt. Mit Ausnahme von 2 Patienten mit bedeutend geschwächter allgemeiner Widerstandsfähigkeit, bei denen das Resultat unvollkommen war, trat bei sämtlichen Kranken schon binnen 4 Tagen eine völlige Heilung der mykotischen Erkrankung ein.

Summary

Pimaricin is an antimycotic remedy of high reliability and very good effectiveness. The pharmacon allows an administration in different localizations at the same time due to its diversity of application. The new form of application (lozenges) is particularly appropriate for the therapy of candidiosis of the oral cavity.

This study mentions own experiences in the treatment of mycotic complications in 26 patients suffering from hemoblastosis. All patients, except two, who were in a rather weak state of health and had imperfect results, showed a complete healing of their mycotic disease within 4 days.
