Zusammenfassung

Zwei in-vitro-Beobachtungen der Entstehung von tetraploiden Zellen werden im einzelnen beschrieben, von denen die eine über eine Mitose und zweikernige Zelle zur Ausbildung eines Riesenmetamyelozyten, die andere während der Telophase zu einem Myelozyten mit rundem großem Kern führte. Die Bedeutung der Anomalien für die Proliferation der Megagranulopoese und die Entstehung von Parablasten wird diskutiert.

Summary

Two in-vitro observations of the development of tetraploid cells are described in detail: one of these giving rise to a mitosis and bi-nucleate cell and the formation of a giant metamyelocyte, while the other developed into a myelocyte with a large nucleus during telophase. The significance of the abnormalities in their relation to proliferation of megagranulopoiesis and the development of parablasts is discussed.
