Zur Behandlung der Leukämien mit Colcemid

Zusammenfassung

Colcemid (Demecolcin) wurde bei 4 Fällen von chronischer myeloischer Leukämie und je 1 Fall von akuter myeloischer Leukämie und akuter lymphatischer Leukämie angewandt. Die durchschnittliche Anfangsdosis betrug 3 bis 4 mg und wurde auf 8 mg gesteigert. Die Vorteile und Nachteile der Colcemid-Therapie werden besprochen. Hauptindikation des Colcemids ist die chronische myeloische Leukämie.
