Zusammenfassung

An Hand eines Falles mit Anti-S-Körpern werden die bestehende Literatur über dieses Gebiet erörtert und verschiedene klinische und theoretische Aspekte erwähnt. Die Verteilung des Merkmals S in der Wiener Bevölkerung und die daraus errechneten Werte über zu erwartende Mutter-Kind-Unverträglichkeiten und Vaterschaflsausschlußchancen werden aufgezeigt und darauf hingewiesen, daß mittels der serologischen Kriteria: A1A2BO, M-N, P, Kell, Duffya, C, Cw, c, D, E, e, Lewisa (in Blut und Speichel), Sekretion von ABOH-Substanzen in der Wiener Bevölkerung die Vaterschaftsausschlußchance einen Wert von 70% erreicht hat, der als der bisher höchste angesehen werden darf.
