Zusammenfassung

DieRoffosche Reaktion erweist sich für eine Carcinomdiagnostik nicht als ausreichend. Besonders störend ist die Tatsache, daß nicht nur unter den Krebsfällen Versager zu finden sind, sondern daß auch ein großer Teil der Kontrollfälle—insbesondere der labilen Seren—ein falsches Ergebnis zeigt.
